I bought a used wrx with BC Coilovers installed. Need to adjust the height, hits bottom way too often. Finally got the needed wrench. Looks like the height is adjusted at the bottom of the body, loosen the nut and turn the body out of the lower end. Does this require to loosen the spring? Then I'd like to give the springs a bit more tension to counter body roll... Could anyone please give me instructons for how to adjust these ?

No need to loosen the spring, just turn the body out of or into the mount. You'll want to unlock that lower collar before adjusting it, though.

Adjusting the spring is a matter of unlocking that upper collar, then adjusting the spring perch to get the desired pretension, be careful with this though, as you can affect the handling negatively if you go too far either way.

You need to get an alignment any time you change the ride height too or your tires are going to wear very badly.

I was kinda 'fraid that might be the case...
But aside from that it does look pretty straightforward, thanks.
