Hey folks,

New to the forum. Looking forward to becoming a part of the community. I do not yet own a suby, but I am currently in the market for a low mile, unmodded 06-07 STI. I'd have one already if I wasn't being so picky, but thats just the way I am. Plus it gives me the time to peruse the site, so I can soak up as much info as possible to help in my future purchase. I've already learned a lot. I just sold my 300zx cause I really need a car with 4 doors (and 4 seats at that). I'll update my info as soon as I get a decent ride.

Im actually in the same boat as you OP, I currently drive an 06 VW GTI but am currently in the market to trade it in for a low mile 06-07 WRX. just wanted to say hi to all as I will be looking around soaking up as much as i can also. cheers!

Test drove a black STI this weekend, before the crazy blizzard here in Ohio. Looked clean, but I thought I heard some pinging. Possible detonation so I don't think I'll be calling back. Could just be crappy gas but still. Plus it was more modded than I would like to have. The saga continues ...
