I'd find someone rather than use OTS. Nice turbo.
+1You'll need to find a shop to do a custom ECU calibration; there is no base map for what you have. I hope you have an aftermarket fuel pump and injectors to go with that turbo, because your OE units aren't up to the task of fueling that much air.
I can pretty much max out IDCs with the stock turbo. You're looking at one that flows significantly more air. You may as well swap the OE turbo back on if you're not going to give the 16G more fuel.The mechanic who dropped it in didn't seem concerned with the injectors in it. It ran rich before and I've not noticed a change in it running lean.
The electronic boost controller has not been changed either so I expected to get a full run down of the fuel pump and injectors at the time of a tune. Assuming it's 41lbs and not the 36lbs on the 380s it'll require 560ccs?
