I?m going to get lowering springs in exactly 14 days.

1. What springs do I get?
2. Why.
3. I want them to be better than stock
4. I don?t want coil overs
5. No budget
5. Please don?t mention anything about warrenty.

Thanks in advance

What are you using the car for?
What results do you want?
Do you plan on changing dampers?
Do you know there are better options for feel than springs?
Why isn't warranty information important you on a vehicle known to have very common and extremely expensive failures?

Rce blacks are a common suggestion.

The newer stock dampers should be good enough for them for the short term.

Just verified spring rates. The yellows drop you by almost an inch and the blacks almost half inch. Spring rates are the same though.

Rce blacks are a common suggestion. The yellows are more aggressive but may require a new set of dampers because of a much stiffer spring rate.

I was thinking of going with the RCE blacks, just needed to hear it from one more person. Thanks.

The yellows are the same spring rate but a heavier drop i don't know how low you want, but if you are aiming for that so low it's useless those might get you closer

We are a big fan of the RCE springs as well and that is typically what we recommend. XJman is correct, spring rates are the same. RCE Black springs will drop you just under a half an inch. The yellows should drop you just under 1 inch. Give us a call when you are ready and we can knock a few bucks off for you. Just let our reps know that Ty G. said that we could get you taken care of.

Thanks,
-Ty G.
