Looking for the perfect gold rim...

Just purchased a 2018 Limited WRB WRX and would like to get some golds rims. Currently looking at the O.Z. Ultraleggra but would like to see a picture of them on the current WRB. Open to other suggestions too! I am surprised, I couldn't find a gold rim thread. Maybe we should start one? :)

These look great, but 9.5" wide? What size tire would fit on these?

you can play around with this site.

It gives a somewhat accurate depiction. It's nice to see the spoke patterns in the color you want.
Subispeed has a lot of wheels on their site.
I have checked out the Tire Rack and Discount Tire sites and there are a couple rims that are ok, but that Subispeed site looks promising! Thanks 4EverMetal!

Now let's see some pictures!
OZ makes great wheels. I'm personally a fan of the Alleggerita model, but there's some bias there.
I love the way the Leggera HLT looks, but the gold only comes in 5 x 100. :(

I like this actually. Thanks for the link. I was considering the MR501s. The preview kinda makes me want to get them now.
i ordered my 18 wrx in WRB with the dream of gold wheels as well. i saw those on tirerack too, is 19 lbs too light for daily driving? ive heard lighter wheels are more prone to damage from pot holes, and there is no shortage of them around me. id also assume that keeping with 17" wheels would mean the tire is taller and so would provide more cushion for the wheel against damage?

Light weight wheels can be more prone to damage than an equivalent wheel of heavier weight. However they will be more durable than a crappy wheel that is heavier.

"Good news everyone!" I called Tire Rack out of curiosity and found out that even though the OZ website says the gold Leggera HLT only comes in a 5 x 100 bolt pattern, they actually come in 5 x 114.3 as well! I guess they are a special order. I double checked because Tire Rack's website listed the 5 x 144.3 for the gold. I am glad I did! I am getting these!!!

PERFECT! Or is that a 'hoop?'........with a rim on it?
wow only 15.4 lbs... thats over 10lbs lighter than stock. are these wheels known for quality?

I have OZ wheels for my snow tires and like them..............
i think i found my brand. im absolutely willing to pay a premium for a great product, and it seems OZ is just that. i cant find anyone saying anything negative about them. i just hope that price tag is more to do with their metallurgy and less to do with it being "italian".
I got them in! They are better than I expected and look so much better in person! I am still working out how to post things... LOL. Does the link work? Any help would be appreciated. :p

Thanks! Nice to know the links work! Now if I can only make it so you don't have to click them...
Great pics. Wheels look awesome. Are those the +48 offset that Tire Rack has listed?
