Hello everyone,

I'm an owner of a 2011' Impreza and have been trying to find some information around getting a 2 inch lift done for some extra versatility as I plan to be pulling one of those lightweight pod trailers for camping and exploration.

After scouring the internet I honestly have not come across much information especially any confirmed answers as to if its even possible. Ideally I don't want to have to spend a huge amount and don't want to get duped in costs by a dodgy mechanic so I am hoping someone will be able to assist me on what I actually need to do so I can just say exactly what I need to get done.

If anyone has any advice for me in this venture It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.https://192168ll.onl/https://xender.vip/ https://testmyspeed.onl/

Lifting an Impreza 2 inches is dodgy without a complete rework of the suspension and axles. A dodgy mechanic would be the least of your worries.

Why not find an older Forester or outback?

XJman's right. Look for something designed for off roading rather than lifting yours. Not only could it be very costly, but there may only be a handful of mechanics willing to take on a project like that and could end up ruining your car.

Having said that, it sure would be cool to see a lifted Impreza! Lifting vehicles is the American way, you know. I saw a VW Jetta wagon recently that had a pretty decent lift and big off road tires that looked pretty sweet!
