Some pics from an Italian exhibition I went to recently

The star of the show was this matte black Aventador. It was tough to get a good pic with the masses swarming all over it.Most people were referring to it as the "batmobile",although I failed to see the comparison

Phill Hill's LeMan winning 1961 Ferrari TRI

An interesting one off prototype,a 1989 348 GTO Factory concept.I was drawn to it because of the humongous wing & the strange canards. The interior is entirely made of CF.Price undisclosed. Also included is an image capture with the pic of the owner's DD

Nice pics! I see the weather was good.

The Aventador kicked ass on the UK Top Gear track. No like the flat black.

That Corvette is cool. Really long nose.

yeah, the weather was great.Too sunny for pics though.I couldn't get a good pic of the aventador because it was in the sun & even though it was matte black it was reflecting a lot of sunshine.

I must be getting on in years. My favorites amongst these are the older cars, the '64 330, the Dino, Miura, etc. They have character..

mine is probably the countach :D I saw one of those (same color) in Alaska of all places... and it had the throatiest, most incredible engine note I've ever heard... and those deep wheels with huge tires... fat fender wells...

It's over the top... but so over the top, that it pulls off all those jagged edges... lack of curves.. huge wing... it's amazing.

Yeah, the Tipo and the TRI make the Lambo look like a silly transformer toy.
