I checked my MAF sensor as I'm running a oiled filter panel. I've never looked at it before and see there is a amber colored tear drop at the bottom of the wire- is this supposed to be here? If someone has looked at there's or if I could trouble someone to look at there's (two phillip screws on top (right side) of airbox.

The wire looks perfectly clean, just don't know about this thing at the bottom of it.

Thanks in advance.

You should see a platinum wire and the amber coated "drop" is actually a thermal resistor. The wire should not have to be cleaned under normal service, but you can clean it very carefully with a q-tip and 91% isopropyl alcohol. Don't use 70% - too much water. Be very careful not to contaminate the wire with cotton fibers.
