I have not. I have read that some people add the struts but haven’t looked into it yet.

I did run into a few issues with the install. There’re four screws that go from underneath the trunk into the spoiler and when there’s tension on three of them the last not you need to thread into gets moved slightly out of alignment. The final screw got stripped since the hole was out of alignment so I had to go to Ace to get a replacement screw.
When I got back with the new screw I realized that the issue was that the nut in the spoiler was partially stripped. So I took the spoiler off the car to try and see if I can find anything on hand that would still thread into it. After finding a screw I reinstalled the spoiler on the car with some additional double-sided tape and caulk around the holes to prevent leaks. Of course, I went to tighten the first screw, and the hex head broke right off.
So it’s back on the car with three out of the four screws holding it in place but underneath there is some caulk with extra double sided tape and it feels very secure. I’m going to get a screw extractor bit and hope to remove the screw without taking the spoiler off the car again.

is this more or less what I’m looking for?
Yup, those are STi trunk springs, get them from fastwrx or dealer or whoever depending on shipping. For waterproofing, you can buy the oem sealant from dealer. Any holes you drill won't have e-coat on them so the sealant is doubly important.

Put my Grimmspeed j pipe on over the weekend. Decided to do an E tune till my pro tuner can get caught up. Day 2 of driving I got a rear O2 sensor low voltage CE code. I cleared the code and it seems to randomly come back on during normal driving conditions. I’ve done a lot of reading on this since and it seems to happen a lot with our cars stock or modified. Other than checking to make sure the wires or pins aren’t visibly damaged does anyone have any tips for what I can check for prior to just replacing it?

It's not a problem on stock cars, otherwise subaru would be dealing with a lot of shit related to emissions system warranty. It can be a sign that you are running lean.

STI trunk bars are on. Kind of a pain in the a** to do till I found a video on YouTube that made it MUCH easier. Not sure if it’s because the carbon fiber spoiler is a little bit lighter then stock but the trunk now wants to stay in this position. Pre-spoiler. It only lifted about 2 inches post spoiler on my stock bars it would pop open about a half an inch. Now it’s at about 7in lol
What’s normal for you STI guys?

Good to know guys. I parked on a slight decline this morning, so slight I didn’t notice. When I popped my trunk it opened all the way. Sounds like I need to try 1 of each. I’m just glad it doesn’t slam closed anymore.

The Nameless muffler deletes have been good to me these last 7 years but since adding the j pipe the car is extremely loud on startup and too loud for a daily driver at hwy speeds.
Is the Invida q300 cat back still the standard for subtle tone improvement over stock even after adding the j pipe?
Open to other suggestions, but I’m really only considering quad tip exhaust systems.
I’m seriously considering putting my stock mufflers back on at this point.

Replaced my 02 sensor earlier this week and re-flashed my ecu. I was a little underwhelmed with the power difference of the stage 2 or 3 (whatever you wanna call it) but my car feels noticeably faster now. I thought the post cat sensor did not reduce performance but when I do third gear pulls I now have an additional 2 pounds of boost on the same revision.

Stages differ by manufacturer. What exactly did you reflash?

Right. You flashed "stage 2?" Is it one of the old maps before the EPA cracked down?
