HUD/Radio Glitching

So I have a 2008 WRX, and yesterday I was driving, and my gauges kept dropping to 0 and the gauge lights kept turning off, plus my radio kept rebooting, and right around the same time my passenger seat belt senor started wigging out, and was beeping as if my buddy didn't have he seat belt clicked in. It seems like it was when I push in the clutch, but not every time (the beeping was constant and never stopped once it started).

Could it be fuses or a loose grounding wire?

Any ideas???
