My car has been dying in this hot humid weather and it feels more like a civic than a wrx. So, I was thinking of getting a TBE, up/down, and back... well, maybe after I figure out if I should get the HKS Hiper or not. In any case, will a catless exhaust give me enough oomph to be back to the way it is when it's cool?

I can't stand having to rev higher, harder, and all with the AC on full.

HAHAHAHAHA

people tend to drive "normal" with the AC on.

TBE + up pipe would yield you significant gains regardless of the weather

dont worry about it, everyone's car feels like a civic in those days.. best bet, ride with the A/C on, but dont go tearin around, heatsoak is pretty much inevitable in hot humid weather. I like A/C for the sole reason that it makes the idle sound meaner.

Im doing all sorts of mods in preparation for my Florida move.

Did a tranny cooler, a Turbo Timer and looking for a bigger IC etc etc.

My Rex is going to miss the cool air up here in the Pacific NW

Upgrade your thermostat and get a big ass radiator ;)
Definitely a good idea. I'm running a Crucial T-stat, Speedmonkee aluminum radiator, and a FMIC. . .no heat soak here. :wiggles:
