Does an 03 WRX Hood Scoop fit on my 02 Impreza Outback Sport? If not, anyone have an idea where I could get a hood scoop? It is a necessity lol

The intent of the hood scoop is to feed air into the intercooler. Since your car does not have an intercooler, it is unnecessary and will only serve to increase the coefficient of drag, reduce the effectiveness of aerodynamics, and produce positive pressure in the engine bay.

Though, in theory one will fit. As long as you buy the hood with it. Even though you're not supposed to. It seems like a waste of money and time to get one to look cool... you're just going to have a dirtier engine bay for some cooling you don't particularly need. Depending on the color of your OBS you'd have to paint it too.

So the linked scoop is attached with 3m adhesive... it would be interesting to see how fast it would fly off if you didn't cut a hole in the hood for it.

Like Zach said there is no point it is merely for looks on your car and trying to make the car be something its not. You'd be better off taking the money you would pay for a hood and save for a WRX/Sti.
