I got given a turbo timer it seams its 3 wires going to one plug, then a brown and black wire, handbrake and earth im guessing. So what do i do with this does it just plug in? it doesnt seam to be branded either if it matters, my car is a 1996 wrx

WRX turbos are water cooled you dont need one.
