...This all for $10,500 is this a good buy?

ehh Theres no mention of any kind of em and he has both a BOV and a short ram which are signs the owner didn't know what they were doing. I'd probably stay away.

well the first owner worked at subaru shop where they rally raced cars. and I think he is the one that did all the engine mods

The second owner I believe just put the sti wing on it

I could never convince myself to spend over $10K on a car that I KNEW was driven hard - especially when it had 130K miles on it.

Yeah, I think $10k for that is pretty steep.

I'd pay maybe $7,000 for something like that.

I'd definately try and talk him down and also get the motor checked out by good mechanic first!!!!!
