HELP : 2011 WRX keyless entry remote reprogramming

As the title states. I got the car with no remotes from a used dealer. I got 2 from a locksmith. They are the teardrop shape. And theycorrespond with the correct p/n for the 2011 wrx. I tried the manual entry and its not working still.. Anyone have a walkthrough specific to the 2011wrx? Would be helpful.

I have heard that the keyless entry antenna goes through the tpms module and that works fine. So its not a power or fuse issue... Mayne im not doing the program right. Any help greatly appreciated!
