Today i just got done washing my wrx. After wiping my headlights, i noticed a little chip, first i thought it was dirt but it didn't come off. Has anyone else discovered chips or scratches on their headlights? I know it will cost a lot for a new headlight, so is there anything for sale that we can use to protect or headlights and foglights from any road debris? also has anyone made their own kind of headlight/foglight cover for their WRX? thanx in advance

Get these to protect your foglights and still have them functional:

Got them from Revolution Motorsports for $87.00 shipped. Painting them costs me another $20.00. Oh BTW, the screws provided don't mount to anything, so you have to make custom brackets.

I had a local tint shop install a clear, plastic film called "Ricochet" on my fog lights. Totally clear, guaranteed not to yellow, and guaranteed that my fog lights will never get a chip or crack.

Cost me about $150 CDN for that and a 3M clear plastic film on the first 12" of my hood (that hood's all aluminum you know. Very pricey!).

Hope that helps.
