Thanks for the info. I was considering buying the OBD-II scan software from OBD-II.com but this package seems a little cheaper and the web page seems a bit more customer friendly. And besides, this guy lives in my hometown. If it sucks I can return it in person. Any more thoughts on this product? Can you log your O2 data? I did read of a few WRX specific problems on the webpage that were supposedly resolved. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!....BTW, did you check out this Harrison guy's deer feeder stuff? Yee Haw! What a combination...OBD-II software and deer feeder timers! Only in Texas bubba!

Hehe w00t for deer feeder!

You know, I know you can log stuff, but I haven't tried it yet. The interface is pretty easy to use and everything is really straight-forward. So long as you get the correct cables and such, it'll all work just fine :)

What part number did you get? Was it the OBDScan
Universal with Palm software for 169.00? Also where did you get the cable for the handspring. I have a handspring visor as well and want to use that? Is their anything else that I would need?

Also can you monitor stuff while you are driving?

Yep, I got the universal and I got the cable through the store they linked to. Works great. I haven't tried it while driving since I can't really look at it while I'm on the road though...but I know it does work while you're moving.
