I have a 2020 wrx I’ve already installed a Cobb big sf cai and a boomba racing Bpv
Will I have any trouble with the new grimmspeed aluminum turbo inlet?

Why do people install aftermarket bov/bypass valves? For 200 bucks there are so many better things to do.

I agree as far as the ones like the 'Boomba' or similar are concerned, that don't offer anything functionally different than stock. Something like the HKS SSQV or Greddy Type FV would make more sense.

For example: You could have $200 in your pocket.

Telling people where to spend their money is kind of wasted and vast. I see people spending thousands everyday on everything and anything, money can buy a lot of things, who Im I to judge or justify their purchase? So why bother with that 200$… really Im sure you already spent 200$ on something that I could laugh about and you would not tell on a forum.

The new inlet looks nice, but GS recently put it on the market. I don’t think thay many tried it yet. I guess you will need some sort of flexible adaptor between the two metal ends, unlike the silicone version where the bpv slide inside.

Look at the video on YouTube I believe it comes with it I don’t remember. I went with the turbo xs hybrid cause I love how it sounds. No real reason except it pleasures my heart and soul. But I would say to look at the YouTube video. Maybe I’ll buy it and try it out. Who knows lol

Why not? It’s their build let me do as they please. I plan on getting a Cobb bpv cause combined with the Cobb sf intake it sounds good. And I love turbo sounds. Won’t effect performance cause it’s recirculating.

You get plenty of sound fully recirculating and you wont screw up the air/fuel ratio and get those backfires that make me cringe.
