trying to figure this out, which body code is our wrx?

japanese mags such as option use GDA and GDB to describe the "new age wrx" but whats the difference between them?

i first thought maybe GDA is sedan and GDB is wagon, but that doesnt seem to be the case.

anyone know?

Can't say I've even heard of that but I don't read japanese so maybe that has something to do with it :D

okay i figured it out.

GDA = new age wrx
GDB = new age sti
GC8 = old wrx/rs body

anyways, japanese mags are just weird like that, they never use the car's name, only engine code or body code.

Wow thanks that explains everything. When you shop most of the parts for the GDB will fit the GDA so that's a +.
