No. If you are in the developed world and you find yourself with injector problems on a car just 4 years old, you've bought the wrong fuel for four years and also bought the wrong car. You should need no service whatsoever to the injectors. Expect no problems, and tolerate no problems. My 08 wrx has 64k on it. Is it necessary by any means to change out my injectors or clean them?
None. For maintenance in general though follow the owner's manual to the letter, preferring authentic parts. If the maker lets you down, let the marque go next time you shop for a new car. I like my Subaru and would not sell it but that's because it's been as reliable as one would expect from a modern car. Tolerate no less. What kind of service/maintenance is required in the fuel injector department?
