I am the original owner of this car. Non-smoker, garaged for the life of the car. Exterior/interior condition are excellent-good. Some minor blemishes that I can see, but most people over look. One blem to the passenger side interior front door panel and two small door dings (can be removed easily by paintless dent specialist) are what give the cosmetic quality of the car a 4.9/5. The car has been detailed annually with a clay bar, and is waxed biannually. I had the car professionally detailed 7/09. The car is located in Bend Oregon (zip code 97702.) I have invested many hours of research into the modest modifications made to the car. I say modest because I have installed only bolt on modifications up to this point in the cars life (Scroll down to see the extensive parts list). 100k service was done 9/30/09. The car had 90,500 miles on it when serviced. This service included a new timing belt, cam pulley/bolt and timing belt tensioner, new seals, water pump, thermostat, drive belt, spark plug seals, fuel filter, and all fluids topped. I am still running the original clutch, and I there is 60% left Hawk HP performance pads F/R. The car passed a 24 point service inspection while in for the 100k service. The Subaru maintenance schedule has been followed and serviced by Asia Auto in Bend Oregon. Alignments have been performed by Aligment Techniques in Bend Oregon. Get the picture? This car has been well cared for, and has never had a mechanical failure. The car has seen spirited driving but only after proper warm up and usually with only a single occupant in the car, never when loaded down. The car has never been abused, tracked, or autocrossed. I challenge you to find a nicer MY03 WRX wagon on the market. I never intended to sell this car, but life is funny like that. May this sweet car go to a good home. See below for details:

Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance:
30k service: 1/26/05 (mileage at time of service 29,834)
60k service: 12/07/06 (mileage @ time of sevice 54,778)
100k service: 9/30/09 (milage @ time of service 90,500)
Battery replacement: 10/22/07; DieHard Platinum GRP35
Redline MT-90 transmission fluid,Redline Shock Proof Rear Diff fluid: 4/7/04 (flushed and serviced @ 22,875)

- Maintenance/modifications performed the car have been documented either with receipts or on www.mysubaru.com.

-The oil has been changed on a routine basis, by the owner. For the first 10k the car was run with regular oil to help the engine with ordinary brake in. At 10k I switched to Mobil1 5w30 and PureOne oil filters. After the first oil change with Mobil1, at 16,000 miles, I took a sample of the oil and sent it to be tested at Blackstone Laboratories. They sent me the results and recommended I change the oil every 8k. I heeded their advise, except I split the difference. I change out the oil filter and top off the oil every 4k, then change the oil and filter every 8k. I guess it has helped me rest easy over the years.

Custom modifications:

*Note: This car has never had the ECU remapped, but with the addition of a aftermarket down pipe and an ECU remap this baby will be throwing down 235 awhp. If I were to make an educated guess on what the horsepower is with only the bolt on mods listed below I would guess this car is pulling 160 awhp. The car was modified with sport touring in mind. This is a well balanced car and a joy to drive.

-ClearBra: 12” coverage on hood, also coverage on front corner panels, backs of mirrors, and on the rear bumper where the black Subaru stomp pad would be placed. This was installed before I picked the car up from the dealer, upon my request. Unfortunately the 3M product that was used in showing signs of wear, but the product has also protected the paint very well. It is my understanding that the top coat on the ClearBra can be cut with a heavy polish to bring it back to new, but I have not tried this yet. I also understand the the ClearBra can be removed completely as the 3M product has a water based adhesive and can be removed without damaging the paint finish. Just a heads up, as I want people to have a clear picture of how the car sits. Not obvious but worth noting.

*add $1000 to the sale price if you want the audio system. Otherwise I will pull the system out and leave the sound deadening material as well as all of the speaker cable and Sirius radio cables installed. That makes the system plug and play if you have your own audio system.

-MB Quart component/coaxial 5 ¼” rear
-7” deflex panels in f/r doors
-CAE sound deadening material f/r doors and in the base of the rear hatch
-Sirius Radio w/ antenna upgrade
-OEM Subaru deck keeps the system low profile, but needs to be replaced soon as the CD player skips easily, but works with Sirius just fine. This audio system really needs a nice deck to get the most out of what is installed.

No I do not want to trade for your Civic, Jeep, 240SX, Truck, Mustang, Camaro, Focus, Miata, Celica, Etc. I also don't want to trade for any fully built car as this has to be my daily driver.
