I have the STi scoop that was on my WRX up for sale now. It is the 04/05 style in WRB and includes all mounting hardware as seen in the pics below. Paint is in great shape for coming off a Subaru, and would amazing after a nice buff. The only two flaws I can see are on the lower lip and can be seen in detail on the pics. About dead center is a spot that appears to have 1/8" of touch-up paint, and on the driver side corner there is a droplet of paint overspray.
