So the dealer says and levin tire. My car has had a bad pull to the right and i've done 2 alignments and they both have come back perfect. finally they got down and dirty and told me i have a sticky caliper and its gunna cost $800 just to replace the FR. any other ideas? or am i just gunna have to rob a bank?:baaa:

irregardless- in no uncertain terms they are trying to screw you

if the pistons are sticking, a simple rebuild is probably in order- you can get oe rebuild kits (does both sides) for ~ $35

worse case scenario (and this very unlikely IMO) you replace the offending side caliper

04 STI.

I went to another repair place that my insurance agent told me about. This guy does exotic cars from my understanding. I called him and he told me about $500.

$500 means new caliper, throw away the old- often a caliper sticking simply needs a rebuild (kit $35)

I'd want someone to actually go into the caliper and identify what's wrong
