….where do you run the cords? Are they just laying out in the open or do you try to hide them? I suppose you could run them back into the dash and out somewhere else but that doesn't look nice and clean like a HU with rear inputs so the cords could be hidden better.

Just wondering…

My USB cable runs along the floor by the passenger seat. If I chose to use it, it could be accessed right near the cup holder...

Apparently, so am I, since I didn't notice the "front" part of the title. Carry on, nothing to see here...

I have an aftermarket Pioneer HU with a rear USB port for this exact reason. The Aux input is in the front, which is fine, since its only used occasionally.

I bought a USB extension cord, drilled a hole in the armrest cubby, and epoxied the USB port into the hole, after running the cord down the console. It looks like it was meant to be there, and there are no visible cords cluttering up the dash/console.
