I spoke to a guy at Cobb today regarding this.
He said the stock injectors aren't mean to be used for prolonged periods with a large amount of ethanol so they're currently waiting to find the right injectors, for a reasonable price, they could include with the FlexFuel kit that will serve the purpose they need it to serve concerning prolonged use with ethanol due to it's lack of lubricating properties. The main hold up is the cost of the injectors, he said the last time they checked, the injectors that served that purpose were about $1k per injector which is unreasonable.
