Filling wingless trunk holes

Hey, does anyone have a good method to get rid of the holes left behind by my factory spoiler?

A body shop can fill the holes and repaint the trunk for you.

Or you can put tape over them.. or plastic plugs... either way looks like crap.

Trunk swap would be the best option

Dang ok. might just keep rockin the stock wing then.
