Just installed my TurboXS catback. I can't seem to tell if I have an exhaust leak or not. Occasional (and it seems to only happen in 2nd) I hear what sounds like a vibration underneath the shifter area. I can't tell if this is a leak or not, the car didn't do this with the stock catback. I still hit full boost, not sure if that helps tell if its leaking or not.

I am not familiar with the brand. Is there a resonator in the midpipe? Did you check to see if it is hitting the chassis around the heat shield area. Happened to me with the Q300.

You could spray some soap water on the joint to see if there is a leak.

I assume you reused the stock donut gasket?

Yeah, I reused the stock donut gasket. Will try the soap water trick. There is a resonator in the midpipe, will also look to see if it is hitting the chassis.

If it is leaking is it dangerous? I probably can't get around to jacking it up for another couple of days...

I'd get under there and start shaking stuff, or have someone rev it a little with you listening underneath.
