I have a new 2018 WRX limited, and I'm new to the scene. I plan on doing pretty much all the bolt ons and pro tune as well as cobb access port. I was wondering if it was worth it to run both EWG and EBCS.

Yes. And a pro tune. Best advice would be to take your time and break in the engine properly. 3K oil changes and Blackstone Labs to get feedback on how the wear in is going. Dont beat on the car. Do your research on a good tuner and dont overboost or front end the boost too much. Good luck and have fun :)

EWG helps your turbo spool faster, and deter boost creep. I wouldn't say its needed unless you upgraded to a bigger turbo. EBCS helps your tuner control boost. EBCS is definitely necessary with all the parts you are thinking of.

"Worth it" is totally subjective. Modifying at all isn't like an investment.. you'll never get close to what you paid for parts back, so for a lot of people no mods are worth it. Especially when you factor in the loss of engine/drivetrain warranty on a new car.
