I have an 09 WRX with the SPT catback exhaust. I think its 2.5 diameter at the midpipe.
I want to get an exhuast cutout because i want it louder. Its going on the midpipe past the 02 sensors. Is backpressure and issue at this point? Do I need a tune since its past the sensors? Im sick of reading that half the people say yea backprssure or tune.

Because they are cheap and im getting one for my friend and his frs because he helped me fix the popping clutch issue.
