I have found that most people have gotten about 170 hp to the wheels (give or take) on a stock WRX. Now thats on a stationary dyno, can we expect a little more out of it when air is moving over the intercooler? Thanks for the input.

the usually use one or more powerful fans to blow over the bay and the intercooler, so i would say it turns out accurate
