Got 145,143,142,142 in the 4 different cylinders. The cylinder numbers were 4,2,3,1 respectively.

I just read a post with instructions as to how to do a compression test and realized I didn't hold the throttle open when I did it. My motor has 22,500 miles on it and I've had the bigger turbo on it for at least about 5000 miles. I thought this motor was supposed to make 150 in all cylinders, but I have also heard that without the right piston rings, you will always get some blow by. Input anyone?

You are in good shape. Not only are all within spec, but they are nice and even between the four.
