So i drove probably 100 feet with my ebrake on before i noticed... now my dam is stuck at .688 so im thinking it might have pulled the car out of timing... is it safe to drive or should i tow it to a dealership to get it looked at?

Your brakes are not connected to anything to do with the engine.

You may have suffered a lot of knocking with the added load at low rpm

they arent attached to the engine but the wheels are attached to drive train which attaches to the engine... Should my dam go back to 1 eventually after driving because it was miss firing a bit and acceleration is messed up and it happened immediatly after the ebrake incident my car has less then 3000 miles on it. I have driven about 20 miles on my way home after it happened with no change.

I'm going to guess there is another issue completely unrelated. You can reflash your tune and see if it drops.
