CVT transmission
I purchased my WRX with a CVT transmission, and I'm loving it. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle the tranny to produce the best power output?

If you plan to mod, get a tranny cooler first. And, more importantly, respect the limits (HP/TQ) of the WRX's CVT.
In all honesty, the transmission is made to do it's own thing. You can put it in manual shift mode, and make it feel like it's faster, but in all reality, XJ is right.
It's going to perform it's best at normal old full throttle, "shifting" when it thinks it should.
