Color Choice on WRX

I'm looking to get a Subaru, but am not sure what color. I want a white WRX because I think it would contrast well with black modifications such as a spitter, side skirts, black vinyl wrapped roof, etc. I also really like the all black look. I want to see if anyone has a WRX white or black heavily modified that can provide pictures. I want to compare the two colors to help me make my desicion. Thanks!

While you wait for posts with pictures of white modded WRX's and black modded WRX's, FWIW, I owned three black vehicles, and while they are drop-dead gorgeous when clean, they are almost impossible to keep clean AND keep their paint swirl free. I continue to admire others' clean black vehicles, but I will never own a black vehicle again. Just something for your consideration...
Thanks for the info! I didn't know it was that bad.
You are 15 how do you expect to bring home the nearly 1000 a month to afford to drive it, let alone slap a ton of junk on it.

Sorry didn't know I couldn't get and opinion on a color. Hope you enjoy your life.
I'm attempting to assist you in not making a poor decision. Just like happened in the last thread you started you have to learn to crawl before you can walk. You are 15 and wanting to get into a vehicle the insurance companies consider one of the highest risk vehicles in the us. Just alone you are a high risk driver and insuring the vehicle is going to be a laugh. I'm sure much hasn't changed in 18 years in the insurance industry and I'll venture a guess even getting you insured in the vehicle will be a stretch as a part time driver, let alone the full time driver you would legally be. If they do insure you you can bet it's going to be a nice chunk of change, likely being as much if not more than the car payment.

So, you are worried about colors of modifications on a vehicle you likely won't be able to afford stock. You should really focus on getting priorities in line. A 30k toy is the opposite of that.

Where did you see that I'm buying a car at 15 go back and read all the way through.
None of what I said, or what was advised in the past is going to change in your foreseeable future. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.
Where did you see that I'm buying a car at 15 ...
I saw it in a previous post.
Maybe you'll be 16 by the end of the year but there is no diff between 15 and 16.

But I like white (my silver was just what was on the lot.....)
I say that I'm going to look back into getting one after college so your not doing much here.

Your first post here says different.

You can't afford the car. Unless you are independently wealthy, or have mommy and daddy pay your bills I don't see how you can say you can smooth off 750+ in payments and insurance, plus fuel, plus any maintenance. In most parts of the US you'll be lucky to bring home half of that at school age. You'll make close to minimum wage, and likely not see more than 20ish hours a week if you are lucky you may see 30.
I've owned four black cars and two white ones now...get white. I'm not going to get into life lessons. You're gonna do what you're gonna do. However, I can only ask that you learn from any mistakes you may make along the way.
I'm the only one here that knows my financial situation and how much I make.
White over black for sure. With the soft Subaru paint, you're gonna need some kind of protective treatment and regular upkeep to keep the black paint looking stellar. The white will hide a lot of the swirling and such.

If you can afford a WRX at 15 or 16, go for it dude. I've known self-made kids with Porches and beyond so as crazy as it may be for some to believe, you're right, no one knows your situation as you do. Be sure to post pics....
I'm a fan of the Star Wars stormtrooper look so I vote for white, and because white hides a multitude of sins on the paint surface, much like Silver.
Ive had black cars and although it is stunning when clean, black will show every speck of dirt, mark and mar you get, and even the ones you didnt know you were going to get
.

Wait... You're asking us what color you should get 4-6 years ago? I'm slightly confused.
I'm confused by your question. I'm asking what color people prefer. I had said I would like to get either white or black.
