i currently am running a subaru spt high flow intake in my 07 wrx. and am looking at the cobb sf... which one will give me better results with the cobb ap... and sound...

You already have the SPT, no point to change for minimal gains if any (think lateral move). Maybe get the heatshield for the SPT if you do not already have one.

As for more power, get a downpipe and a catback and run a stage 2 tune. Better yet get a custom or protune from a good tuner b/c the stock Cobb AP maps leave a lot on the table.
