On a new car how many miles do you need to put on it before it's safe to use the Cobb AP? I already purchased one but waiting for the 1000 miles break in period before I use it... Is that the right idea or should I wait even longer? Can't find much info on this on the web :s

I agree, flashed mine at the first fill up but used the 91 octane map during break in just because it's slightly less boost than the 93 map. Then at 1000 miles I put my tbe on flashed Stage 2 for 93 octane.

The boost level doesn't matter. What matters if what the tune is designed for.
