CEL Running too lean

I have a CEL and 3 codes come up. A P0171, a P0134, and a P1700. The main issue is the engine running lean. Any idea on how to fix this? I put on the resonator after removing it to clean it and that didn’t fix the issue (CEL did come before that was removed), I changed the gasket for the BOV and still have the CEL. I heard that replacing the “front heated oxygen sensor bank 1” could fix it but I’m not sure

Nope, aside from a new turbo inlet but nothing on that is damaged or loose. I think there may be a problem with the cat since the car didn’t recently crash and that was submerged in water a little

You sure everything is plumbed up correctly to the inlet?

I can’t post the photo right now, but I am sure. It was installed correctly a year ago and I never had issues

I have a lean PO171 happening here and there. I cleaned the MAF and will be replacing the o2 sensor when I receive it. That should fix that issue. I don't know what the other codes are.
