So i recently began looking into an STI to upgrade from my 2003 wrx and ran across some numbers that are new to me. I like the appearance of the 2005 better than the 2006 but there seems to be a pretty big difference in regards to performance according to the website i found. The 2006 was .6 seconds quicker in the 0-60 and .8 seconds quicker in the 1/4 mile according to this website... http://www.albeedigital.com/supercoupe/articles/0-60_Quarter_Mile_Times/Q_R_S_0-60times.html .... just wondering if any1 could confirm that the 2006 STI is this much quicker than the 2005. Thanks in advance for the info!

VF43 is the new one and VF39 is the "old" one.

on the auto-x course you can generally see faster times in the 06sti because of the revised DCCD.
