Newbie here and I need some help.

I have 2013 WRX Wagon. I had to speed up a hill on the highway a couple days ago, I shifted down and hit the accelerator real hard... The car jerked forward (but continued to fly)... However, the check engine light came ON, flashing cruise control and traction control light came ON. I checked the code and it threw a P0244 - Waste gate solenoid code. I reset the light and it hasn't come ON for over 120 miles now. However, my turbo is not activating at all. I am not seeing any boost even at 5500 RPM. Anybody have any suggestions on what it could be ? I live in the Boston area and l am looking for a Subie mechanic to probably diagnose this...
The car is all stock.

After resetting the light via battery disconnect, I have had no issues with the car. I did not have turbo for a couple of days(limp mode?). Everything is working fine and it has been over 200-300 miles of driving.

what the hell is WRXforums and when did that come about?

OP -- did you do any data logs?

I'd like to see a data log capturing the issue.

Specifically logged should be:
RPM
Speed
Calculated Load
Throttle position
WGDC
TurboDynamics- Burst
Manifold Relative Pressure (Boost)

It would also be helpful to understand (not necessarily data logged) your
DAM/IAM
Any FLKC in the load cells you are experiencing the issue
Fuel trims
