The OE interior lighting is quite dim. For ~$25 / 10 minutes work, you can replace your map/dome lights with brighter LEDs.

Tools/parts needed (also replaced reverse lights):

3 x 3022-CWHP4 (SuperBrightLEDs) - your bulb may be different
Knife / Flathead Screwdriver
Phillips Screwdriver

Use your knife / flathead to remove dome light cover:

Remove the two screws and disconnect power:

Replace with LED:

Reconnect power, reinstall dome light, and replace cover.

Before/After:

NOTE: The pictures were taken with just the dome lights, since that's what goes on when you unlock / open the door. When you turn the map lights on as well, the difference is even more drastic. The camera does not do the difference justice.

This looks worthwhile also, as did your reverse lamp thread. Thanks again. S

Why disconnect power?
Whenever I do anything electrical, I disconnect power.

You probably could do the dome light without disconnecting power, but I found the map lights are easier to replace with the unit in your hand (but that may be attributed to me having fat fingers).

The map light looks a lot easier to remove I get your point there.
