Any good roads in Central Jersey?

It seems that all the best twisty driving roads are either in North Jersey or all the way south in the Pine Barrens.

Does anyone know of any good roads in central jersey?

There are some really nice roads up in Middletown or Holmdel area and there are a few in colts neck. Ill try to find the exact names for you to gps
