Hey all,Ive serached a couple wrx sites but only found 'look out for trannies' are there any other problems to look for? i know to stay away from modded ones. any help is greatly appreciated :wiggles:

I don't think there are any other major problems that are specific to the Subaru that you have to be on the lookout for, just the general used car concerns.

just becareful with any used wrxs. most of the time the seller puts all the stock parts back on and sells the aftermarket parts to get most of the value of the parts back. also having aftermarket parts on the car indicates it was probably driven hard(not always but who wouldnt test out its speed with mods). so jsut becareful and watch for signs of burned oil, squeaks on turns, its idle, etc.
