A classic "What do I need for more power post" for a 96 GC8

I have a 96 GC8 and I have been searching the internet for all the information I can get for upgrading power gains. My original thought was 350 whp on stock internals but I feel as if that's just wishful thinking so I'm going to do what I can and just be happy with the end results.
In a nutshell I'm asking the classic question about what I would need and what are the suitable and reasonable mods for a stock internal EJ20.
I recently picked up a bigger intercooler but I'm not sure if that would even be necessary nor useful if I'm running the stock turbo, and if upgrading the turbo would even be a good decision if the stock internals can't handle it.
What I've got on my list so far is brakes, wheels (already done), suspension, injectors, pod filter (done), fuel pump, front mount intercooler, (cheaper and more gains than an sti intercooler), chip and tune. What would be a worthwhile addition and what on this list would be unnecessary?
Any thoughts and links to other forums would be much appreciated.

Stock internals on most Subaru engines are good for your typical stage 2 fare. Intake, turbo back, with maybe a intercooler, injectors if needed, and external wastegate and boost control solenoid. I'm not familiar with tuning solutions for anything that old either. Depending it may need a standalone ecu.

Even then driving habits account for a lot. There are still countless people that drive every day like it's race day. No matter how the engine is built it's a recipie for disaster.

Sweet thanks for the input, I'll keep doing some more research then I'll get to work.
Thanks again
