1 and 2 are directly conflicting.
For number 3 you don't need a full exhaust for a noise maker. Catback exhausts don't require a tune as they don't modify the downpipe. You also don't have to worry about making your children deaf.
Number 4, no. If you can't afford something it's not in your best interest to cheap out.
5? I'd recommend saving some money and finding a good invidia, Cobb, or ets exhaust.
