So recently my speakers have “gone out”. Still have the dreaded stock head unit. Anyways it seems like the front are toned out almost like they’re blown and the back have stopped working. I’ve tried taking off the battery posts and draining the residual but that didn’t fix it. A buddy mentioned that it could be a rear amp? Anyone have any tips for how I could fix this?

2018? Go to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty
That's almost my last resort. I live in the middle of nowhere in the mountains, about a 3 hour drive from the closest dealership. If there's a quick fix, i'd rather just do it at home.

If the eq and speaker bias is right and you've got no sound out of some and buzzing blown speaker out of the other you've got blown speakers or dead amps or both.
