This may already be answered so I apologize in advanced if so... I know former engine models had their specific issues (ringland, etc), but is there a ballpark for HP/Torque failure thresholds for the FA engines on the 2015+ models?

There's no absolute here, but you should be prepared for a build above 350whp/400wtq.

The FA20 must be built proactively as the failure point is typically the rods.

So as a hypothetical (again, nothing absolute): a stage two build with 320whp/340tq isn't pushing any one specific portion of the engine/drivetrain? Sorry, my knowledge on supporting mods/builds isn't high

It may fail; it might not fail. If you are unable/unwilling to shell out $5k+ for a new motor, you shouldn't modify the car.
