I am looking for a downpipe to mate to my spt catback exhaust on my 2011 wrx. Not sure if I should be going with a catted/noncatted downpipe. I know noncatted will be louder but my main concern is power increase. So basically what downpipe will yield the most hp gains, and will bolt on easily?

With any car, more flow = more power, so if power is your primary concern, you should get a catless DP. Catalytic converters, even "high flow" ones still restrict power and are typically for those looking to pass smog or to keep things quiet.

I'll let others speak to the fitment of catless 3" downpipe to an spt catback but you definitely want a catless setup for your goals.
