^ yes.. though, intake can be done later if you're wanting a little more. Really all you need for the exhaust is the downpipe. However, do keep in mind that even a catted downpipe "can" cause issues with inspections if your in a emissions area. Also, you may want to wait until the warranty is up before you do the dp and tune. Many do before hand but it's your risk if anything happens requiring warranty work and the dealer denies the claim.
