I have this posted on NASIOC as well. I'll start by saying I do really love this car. But I miss my TDI, and I want to get another one.

Details:
VIN: JF1GG74637G806293
2007 WRX Wagon, 5mt
Obsidian Black Pearl
105,000 miles

Mods:
function 7 pitch mount (still have stock)
Killer-B Oil pickup
vlimited replica lip
92X Roof Rail deletes (will include stock rails)
Rally armor UR flaps
04-05 tails
Kenwood head unit (still have the stock)
Prova Blue convex side view mirrors (replaced the stock glass, not just glued on top)

Maintenance stuff:
Motul Gear 300 at 74,663 miles
Timing belt/waterpump/plugs service at 75,900 miles.
Hawk HPS pads, Powerslot rotors, super blue fluid at 84,960 miles
Continental Extremecontact DWS at 90,040 miles

Suspension stuff I have that hasn't gone on the car (around $1k, all brand new unless noted):
RCE wagon springs
Whiteline 25mm Front (sti front) and Rear sways
Kartboy rear endlinks (used)
Group N rear tophats
Whiteline com-c front tophats

I don't have the shocks to put the suspension on, and I chose that fsb so it would work with STI control arms.

Pics:

I'm asking 14,000 obo. Feel free to contact me via PM or email at [email protected]. Car is located in Dutchess county, NY. I work in Westchester Monday-Friday.

Im curious why you'd trade for a Bugeye when you want to get another TDi? Do you enjoy driving a Bugeye more? I'm selling my 2002 Bugeye wagon in World Rally Blue. But I'm in Seattle so you're probably not interested.

I'm spending $600 a month on fuel. Bugeye would help since its a 2 liter vs my 2.5. I'd get to stay in a subie which I love and the cash on top could go towards a tdi for summer months.
Seattle is a little far to work something out. And I think I'd prefer a sedan.

If you weren't in NY, I'd be interested in trading you my bugeye (a few less miles, just about the same mod-wise), but I'm in Oregon, so I don't think it will work. GLWS, though!
