2007 Wrx Head Unit Upgrade

Hey guys I plan to upgrade the head unit in my 07 wrx I was just wondering what you guys would recommend? I'm looking for one that's a fairly easy installation and preferably a touch screen. Let me know what you guys think!

I just sold my practically brand new kenwood DDX373BT from my wrx. It was a great stereo. Touchscreen, rear camera capable, Bluetooth, dvd player and a lot of awesome features. I would highly suggest it!
